Education
- Masters in Économétrie from Université Paris II – 1979.
- MA Graduate in Economics & Statistics from Northwestern University, USA – 1980.
Profession
Started a professional career managing an Industrial production of technical paper products serving major Middle East and the Gulf countries with HELIOZID Group of companies. Habib Husny went developed a network of sales & distribution offices with technical support in Dubai, Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah and Beirut. He then successfully introduced Digital printing systems to professional printers and established partnerships with Multinational European and Japanese companies in the Digital office environment: OCE Tech., MATSUSHITA Electrical, TOSHIBA Tech. etc…
During the last decade Mr. Husni took up new challenges in financial fund management and private investment management: CITYPARK Invest Holding co & RMC Group – USA.
NGO Activities
- He is now actively working to develop new initiatives in the environmental sector with the aim of creating wealth and added value in less privileged communities. Habib dedicates himself within Aurora Foundation to rural development where he introduced the beehives operation in Baalbeck area.
- Habib Husni is the author of a number of publications about Economic development and crisis management policies.
