Nagib Lyan is the Legal Consultant of Aurora Foundation. Born in 1959, Nagib earned his BA in Private Lebanese Law from the USJ Beirut, Master in French Law from Paris II- Assas, LLM in Common Law from the NYU School of Law.

Nagib specializes in Corporate and Commercial laws, International Taxation, M&As, IP, and IT/Telecom laws. He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1982 and a Foreign Associate with LEON, WEIL & MAHONEY, Attorneys in New York, and with BAYER-ROSIN, Solicitors in London. Managing Partner in 1995 OF LYAN & ASSOCIES. Chairman of THE FIRM INC.
